Our goal in managing your property is to maximize your profit while minimizing your headaches so you don’t have to worry about your rentals anymore. We strive to make your  rental as passive for you as possible by managing tenant relations and contractors for repairs. We go beyond the call of duty to get out ahead of potential problems before they become an issue. Although we handle everything your property or your tenant could need, we are not a fiduciary and therefore do not provide the service of managing your books and accounting. You hire our company as an independent contractor to manage your property for you, but we do not collect rent. Your tenant will continue to pay you directly every month and at the end of the month you will receive an invoice from our company for a 10% management fee or any repairs that were completed. Our company is an independent contractor maintaining your property for you. We still market your property, sign up leases for new tenants, maintain that relationship, and handle repair requests. If a tenant is late on their rent or an eviction is required, we handle that process. But we do not collect rent into a trust account, the rent goes directly to you, the homeowner.
